Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seed butter Organic

2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk Almond Breeze
-
1 tbs maple syrup Organic
-
1 1/2 tbs filtered water

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp nutmeg
-
1/4 tsp cloves
-
1/4 tsp cardamon
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
10-11 each ice cubes may vary on size of ice
Directions
Iced Smoothie: In a blender, combine maple syrup, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves cardamom, vanilla and ice. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Hot Beverage: In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves cardamom and vanilla. Bring the ingredients to a boil, remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Add to a vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
