Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seed Raw, organic seeds. Soak in clean water for 30 minutes.

2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp lemon juice organic

1 garlic clove of organic garlic, peeled and minced

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 black pepper just a pinch

1/4 tsp onion powder organic

1 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp dijon mustard organic

1 tbsp dill weed fresh, minced and organic

1 tbsp parsley fresh, minced and organic
Directions
Soak sunflower seeds in reverse osmosis water for 30 minutesIn a separate bowl add almond milk and lemon juice and set aside to curdle.Drain and rinse sunflower seeds. Then transfer to a small deep bowl, add almond milk and lemon mixture, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, vinegar, and organic Dijon mustard. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes with an inversion blender until the consistency is creamy and smooth.Add dill weed and parsley and pulse several times.
