Ingredients
2 cucumber organic, chopped
1/2 cup red onion organic, chopped
1 tsp dill weed organic
1 tbsp goat yogurt plain, organic
1/4 cup coconut milk organic
1/4 cup mint leaves organic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil organic
3 tbsp lime juice organic, fresh
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
Directions
Chop the cucumbers, red onion, fresh mint, and dill.
Place into large bowl and combine.
Process until smooth.
Pour the dressing onto the cucumber salad and mix well.
