Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

2/3 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk unsweetened vanilla

1 banana medium, frozen, cut into chunks

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice organic

1/4 tsp cinnamon
-
pinch clove pinch of organic clove

1/2 tsp vanilla extract organic
-
2 tbsp plain goat yogurt organic

1 cup ice approximately 10 small ice cubes

1 tbsp maple syrup organic
Directions
Add in order the pumpkin puree, unsweetened vanilla almond breeze, banana, goat yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and vanilla to a high power blender. (we use a Ninja Nutri-blend)
Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Divide into drinking glasses and serve.
Recipe Note
If you don’t have organic pumpkin pie spice, you may substitute 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon and a pinch of clove. To spruce up the top, add cinnamon for dusting.
