These herb roasted vegetables make the best side dish!

Ingredients

1 cup carrots organic, chopped

1 cup green bell pepper organic, chopped

1 cup red bell pepper organic, chopped

1 cup spinach organic
-
1 cup red onions organic, diced

1/4 cup parsley organic
-
1-3 garlic cloves organic, minced

2 tsp dried basil organic
-
1 tsp rosemary organic
-
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
-
1 tsp oregano organic
Directions
Place cut vegetables into steamer.
Steam for 10 minutes, or until soft.
With a ladle, scoop out vegetables and place in a serving dish.
Sprinkle seasoning on top of vegetables.
