Ingredients
1 1/2 banana large, frozen
2 scoops greens first boost dutch chocolate
1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 cup spinach organic
1/4 tsp peppermint flavoring organic, lemon slice
Directions
Add in all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Peel bananas before you freeze them. If you don’t it’s nearly impossible to to get the skin off of them.
If you like, you may add a few fresh mint leaves and blend for a more “mintier” taste.
